Waitlist & Beta Program: To join our waitlist or beta testing program, we collect limited personal information, including your email address and any other information you voluntarily provide during signup. This information is used solely to communicate with you about FocusHacker updates, beta access, and program participation. 2. 100% Local Data Storage
All data you generate within the App—including your focus sessions, timers, tasks, history, and custom settings—is stored exclusively on your own device.
- We do not operate external servers to collect this data.
- We cannot access, view, modify, or delete your data because we never see it.
- If you delete the App from your device, your local data will be permanently removed unless backed up via your personal iCloud settings.
3. Third-Party Services & Processing
While we do not collect your app usage data, we utilize trusted third-party platforms to distribute the App and handle basic operations:
Apple App Store: The App is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Any purchases, subscriptions, or financial transactions are handled securely by Apple under their standard terms and privacy policy. We never receive or store your credit card or financial billing details.
Performance & Error Tracking: We may implement basic crash reporting and performance monitoring tools in the future to ensure the App runs smoothly. If implemented, these tools will only collect anonymous, aggregated technical data (such as device type, iOS version, and crash logs) that cannot be used to identify you personally.
Waitlist & Beta Management: We may use third-party email service providers to manage and communicate with waitlist and beta participants. These services handle your email address and communications in accordance with standard data protection practices.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website (focushacker.app) is a static promotional site. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any other digital tracking technologies to monitor your browsing behavior across the web.
