Terms of Service for FocusHacker
Welcome to FocusHacker! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (focushacker.app) and the FocusHacker mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, code, logos, and trademarks associated with FocusHacker are the exclusive property of FocusHacker and its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial productivity tracking. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
2. Local Data and Device Responsibility
FocusHacker operates entirely locally on your device. We do not store, back up, or manage your data on external servers.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and managing your own data backups (such as via iCloud).
- We are not responsible for any data loss caused by app deletion, device failure, or OS updates.
3. Purchases and Financial Transactions
If FocusHacker offers optional paid features, premium upgrades, or subscriptions, all transactions are processed securely and exclusively through the Apple App Store.
- Any payment disputes, billing inquiries, or refund requests must be directed entirely to Apple Support.
- We do not collect, store, or manage your billing or credit card information.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As-Is”)
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific productivity requirements. Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FocusHacker and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of productivity, loss of data, missed deadlines, or financial losses arising out of or connected to your use or inability to use the App.
6. Changes to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App creator operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
